Zusammenfassung

Intellectt Inc. seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to lead pharmaceutical automation projects. You will design instrumentation, controls and electrical systems, configure PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA, and manage onsite commissioning to ensure compliant, reliable production operations.

The role requires pharma experience, EPMS/BMS/BAS exposure, and strong PLC troubleshooting skills, with leadership of engineering teams across project lifecycles.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in controls engineering with PLC troubleshooting and project leadership.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS/ES systems, especially in critical facilities or pharma environments.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience and knowledge of industry standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support pharmaceutical automation projects, directing engineering teams.
• Serve as primary customer-facing technical resource and align requirements with solutions.
• Interpret P&IDs and docs to design instrumentation, control, and electrical systems.
• Select field devices and control hardware to support process control and building systems.
• Create detailed electrical schematics for panel fabrication and integration.
• Configure and test PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA systems and data acquisition.
• Lead design reviews, QA testing, and system documentation for compliance.
• Manage onsite commissioning, startup, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Perform functional testing of HVAC and plant utility controls with test plans.
