The role emphasizes Personal Injury caseload handling, with duties spanning complaint drafting, motions, and discovery, supported by strong PACER and NYSCEF familiarity. Candidates should be able to commute to the office and be a legal U.S. citizen. This position is not remote and requires prior PI experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute to work in New York.
• Must be a legal citizen of the United States.
• Must speak Spanish.
• Must have prior personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft complaints for personal injury claims.
• Drafts demands, pleadings, notices, subpoenas, and related documents.
• Prepare and manage motions, including default, vacate, renew, and other post-judgment matters.
• Coordinate with clerks, judges, and trial teams; manage calendars and deadlines.
• Prepare mediation, trial, and arbitration materials; organize exhibits and verdict sheets.
