The role requires strong knowledge of permitting regulations, excellent communication, and meticulous record-keeping. Onsite position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of permitting regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting requirements related to construction.
• Familiar with construction cost estimates.
• Invoice review experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams, external agencies and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Capable of managing complex projects with multiple deadlines while ensuring documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying required permits.
• Analyzing project details to determine necessary permits and licenses.
• Gathering documentation, completing forms, and ensuring accuracy submitted to regulators.
• Submitting applications and tracking status.
• Submitting permit applications to authorities and monitoring progress for timely approvals.
• Liaising with regulatory agencies.
• Maintaining communication with permitting officials and resolving inquiries.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other team members for information.
• Maintaining records of permits, applications, correspondence and inspection reports.
• Calculating and submitting permit fees.
• Other related duties as requested.
