Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture, focused on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy.
• Comfortable interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers to deliver permitting outcomes for customers.
• Help conduct permit research with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities.
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses.
• Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to refine our software platform.
• Work with permitting leadership to refine standard operating procedures.
