Job summary

Stord is seeking a People Operations Generalist to serve as the local on-the-ground HR contact for a designated fulfillment center. You will champion a positive employee experience, partner with the 1P People Team, and ensure consistent culture and policies across locations.

The role requires 3+ years of HR experience, support for hourly workers, and proficiency with HRIS systems. Prior experience in retail, call centers, or distribution/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years human resource experience or blend of operations and HR.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
• Experience in retail, call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact and employee advocate for their assigned FC location, offering assistance on-site with all HR questions.
• Work with the 1P People Team to locally organize ideas, develop execution plans, and drive implementations.
• Partner with the 1P People Team to drive best-in-class programs for warehouse employee experience.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.
• Coach and advise managers on policy, culture, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure legal compliance and maximize employee performance through effective people processes.
