Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations onsite in New York. You will drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while upholding HR practices and delivering data-driven insights.

In this role you’ll build partnerships with site leaders, coach managers, and advance HR operational excellence. You’ll handle confidential information with care and contribute to culture-building across the RSR network in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs and employee experience initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to coach leaders and partner with operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR programs and reinforce workplace standards while partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Maintain SLAs and document HR processes and employee interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate as needed.
• Support feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps.
