The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered support and court presence to aid reentry and access to community resources.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of peer support experience; bilingual Spanish is highly valued. Position is on-site in Denver with comprehensive benefits upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, HiSET or TASC required.
• One year of experience providing peer support.
• Education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and resource navigation to clients.
• Build person-centered relationships using trauma-informed practices.
• Attend court and visit clients in Denver facilities to support reentry.
• Document progress in case management system.
