Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with payroll record keeping systems, preferably ADP.
• ADP Celergo and UKG are not required but are preferred.
• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Process employee payrolls and complete all required steps, including importing time batches and inputting special pay batches.
• Perform GL functions after each payroll cycle and reclassify payouts as needed.
• Maintain accruals for payroll, vacation, bonuses, and related items.
• Provide excellent customer service to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
• Adhere to SOX and PII controls and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
