Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc., a MasTec CE&I company, is hiring a Payroll Specialist to process weekly payroll for field personnel across multiple states. This role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to wage-and-hour laws in a fast-paced environment.

The position is fully onsite at our Tempe, AZ corporate offices with local candidates only. You will be the payroll expert, assist with retroactive pay adjustments and CPR reporting with ADOT, and provide strong customer service to

Qualifications

• Certification in Payroll Administration or willingness to study and obtain certification.
• Some college coursework in HR or accounting is helpful.
• Flexible with weekly schedule and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for field personnel with accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce and distribute payroll reports to projects and supervisors.
• Enter payroll changes weekly and verify accuracy.
• Maintain payroll files and timecards digitally for each pay period.
• Serve as primary payroll contact and resolve pay questions with supervisors.
• Coordinate pay verifications and CPR reporting with ADOT when required.
• Provide backup coverage for other payroll staff as needed.
