Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle weekly payroll for 300 employees with accurate, timely processing.
• Review and audit timesheets to resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Perform job costing and labor allocations across multiple projects.
• Process payroll adjustments including bonuses, deductions, and benefits withholdings.
• Maintain employee payroll records including hires, terminations, and changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports and related GL accounts for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support month-end and year-end close, payroll accruals, and tax filings (W‑2s, 941s).
