Job summary

Kelly Services in Moline, IL seeks a Payroll Associate for a 12+ month onsite contract. The role requires processing and analyzing time, earnings, and deductions to ensure correct net pay in line with union contracts and HR policies.

The candidate will resolve complex payroll issues and communicate pay questions with employees at various levels, while building strong relationships with peers and unit partners across functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze time, earnings, and deductions/withholdings on a weekly basis to derive accurate net pay.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Communicate with employees of various levels regarding pay questions, processes, and training.
