Humboldt Park Health is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to own payroll operations, strengthen HR processes, and ensure data integrity across the workforce. You will manage UKG UltiPro, audit payroll, and partner with Finance to align reports and GL entries.

The role requires multi-state payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a disciplined, confidential approach to handling sensitive information. This onsite position offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, accounting, business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years payroll and HR admin experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-state.
• Strong UKG UltiPro experience preferred but not required.
• Understand payroll, wage/hour laws, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS reporting tools.
• Attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end payroll processing using UKG UltiPro for multi-department workforce.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including regular, OT, and supplemental pay.
• Manage payroll audits, reconciliations and validations.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws at all levels.
• Develop reports on payroll, headcount, turnover, and workforce trends.
• Create and maintain SOPs for payroll and HR processes.
