Relaypro is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their People Services team in Raleigh, NC. In this fully onsite role, you will manage day-to-day payroll processing, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration for over 250 team members. This position emphasizes precision, reliability, and proactive communication with employees, ensuring an accurate and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in payroll processing or benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll fundamentals.
• Familiarity with COBRA and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. team members.
• Maintain team member records in HRIS with data audits.
• Administer health benefit plans and support onboarding.
