CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Patient Services Supervisor to lead a fast-paced patient and member support team. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure service quality while managing staffing coverage in a high-volume healthcare setting.

The role demands hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to respond quickly to changing operational needs. Travel may be required to support multiple sites within the DFW metro area.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising teams in customer service, healthcare, or similar service settings.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations and quality expectations.
• Experience evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage staffing, workloads, and competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills for escalated customer situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and direction to an assigned patient or customer support team.
• Coach and develop frontline employees through regular feedback and performance discussions.
• Monitor team productivity, service quality, attendance, and operational indicators.
• Coordinate staffing and workload coverage based on demand and priorities.
• Review customer interactions to identify quality concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Use performance trends to determine coaching or training needs.
• Support onboarding and training for new employees on systems and processes.
• Maintain standards for professionalism, productivity, attendance, and customer care.
• Handle complex customer concerns and drive resolution with leadership support.
• Communicate team performance and staffing concerns to management.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability and reliability.
