Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting accurate demographic, insurance, physician, and consent information.
• Scan insurance documents, prepare ID bands, and complete admission charts for alignment with Medicare requirements.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff to coordinate admissions and support Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Maintain QA scores and data accuracy, including registrar details for test and result routing.
• Support a culture of safety and participate as a team member within Registration.
