Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking personnel to assist patients with activities of daily living under licensed supervision on-site at 80 Blossom Street. This per diem position includes rotating shifts and tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and turning patients in bed.

The role emphasizes accurate vital signs, timely documentation, and clear communication with the nursing team and patients’ families. BLS preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year in patient care preferred.
• Licenses: Basic Life Support BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Assists with bathing, dressing and basic hygiene tasks.
• Aids patients with turning, repositioning and mobility support.
• Reports patient health concerns to nurses.
