Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vitals, weights/heights, intakes/outputs within time frame.
• Completes documentation in medical records.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Assists patients to reposition in bed and transfer to wheelchair.
• Notifies nurses of patient health concerns.
