Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience in business office, hospital or medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and determine patient liability at time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide miscellaneous client service tasks including valuables collection and general customer service.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly and respectful manner.
