Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits
• Collect accurate demographic information, insurance information, and patient liability at the time of service
• Perform financial clearance on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes
• Provide basic customer service and greet patients in a professional, friendly manner
