Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Associate Specialist for an onsite position at our Jupiter, FL Breast Center. The role covers admissions duties, insurance verification, and customer-focused service, with a PRN daytime shift (9am-3pm, M-F) and potential for certification incentives and tuition reimbursement.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, is curious about AI-driven process improvements, and holds a High School Diploma or GED; CRCR

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and assign accurate MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls and messages.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality customer service in all interactions.
• Meet point-of-service goals and ensure accurate account handling.
• Utilize quality auditing and reporting systems to correct accounts and provide data to leadership.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and financial information.
