Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Patient Access Specialist to join our on-site team at the Jupiter - Breast Center in Jupiter, FL. You will manage admitting duties, validate eligibility, verify insurance, and assist with patient education while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar position, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and solid knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance verification, and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a similar role.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient insurance processes and verification.
• Familiarity with medical terminology or CPT codes.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity checks.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient communication.
• Develop training materials and staff schedules for the department.
• Maintain after-hours on-call coverage for the department.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
