Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic workflows.
• Process insurance and demographic queues for accurate records.
• Answer incoming calls and route patients and visitors accordingly.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Explain department policies, charges, and payment expectations.
• Enter information accurately to support reimbursement and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, nursing teams, MAs, and managers.
• Support clinic operations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Take initiative and meet objectives; maintain effective written and verbal communication.
