Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an on-site Patient Access Representative at HSHS - St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. The role supports admitting duties, insurance verification, and customer service in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• HFMA CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for patients admitted to the hospital.
• Verify insurance information, collect demographic data, and process physician orders.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with pre-registration of patient accounts and POS/billing processes to support clean claims.
• Distribute and explain patient education documents and collect necessary signatures.
