Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients for services, meeting organization goals and regulatory requirements.
• Assign MRNs, verify medical necessity, collect insurance information, process physician orders, and ensure POS procedures with quality service.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain high levels of compassionate customer service.
• Audit and correct accounts, ensure timely form completion, and provide data to leadership.
