Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for our brand new distribution center in Fairview, PA. This part-time, 1st shift role focuses on receiving, storage, and accurate shipping of products for the food and dairy manufacturing industry.

You will work with a small, collaborative team to handle receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control using RF scanning and the P21 ERP system. Training is provided for equipment like forklifts; reliability and attention to detail are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in warehouse/distribution center; order fulfillment/shipping/receiving a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; reliable and accountable.
• Able to work independently and in a small team; adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 56 lbs regularly, up to 115 lbs infrequently.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify PO; complete documentation.
• Perform order picking/packing for shipments and customer pickups.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with system confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and ERP (P21) to track inventory movements.
• Execute put-away and maintain inventory accuracy; support cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; training provided.
