Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. in Jerome, ID is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at our modern distribution center in Jerome, Idaho in a part time capacity.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently so our customers in the food and dairy manufacturing industry receive the supplies they depend on to keep their operations running.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience; forklifts & RF scanners a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 56 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify purchase orders, and document accordingly.
• Pick and pack orders for various shipment types and customer pickups.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with accurate confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and P21 ERP to track inventory movements.
• Perform put-away, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily operational goals.
