Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• State of Ohio Licensure in Speech/Language Pathology and CCC-SLP from ASHA required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using standardized measures.
• Provides management/treatment programs consistent with diagnosis and department protocols.
• Provides timely documentation for medical records/insurance requirements.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide care for physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
