Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations.
• Manages/treats programs consistent with diagnosis.
• Documents timely for medical records/insurance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education

Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology

State of Ohio Licensure in Speech/Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
