Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a QC Packaging Lab Manager in Corona, CA to oversee testing, evaluation, and validation of primary and secondary packaging while managing daily lab operations.

You will lead lab technicians, drive GLP standards, ensure safety and quality compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product integrity for the brand's beverages.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, hands-on analysis, and a commitment to audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in Packaging/Manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control/QA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Smartsheet & SharePoint.
• Six Sigma Certification or Packaging Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sample analysis for investigation, root-cause reporting, and conclusions.
• Schedule, oversee, and manage Packaging Quality Lab Technicians.
• Primary and secondary packaging testing for validation and qualification.
• Testing including DO/TPO, Dome Growth, and related packaging analyses.
• Develop Packaging GLPs and perform training; calibrate lab equipment.
• Assist with special tasks and projects.
