Job summary

Impact Beverage is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead one of our packaging teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and strong training. The role requires hands-on leadership, SOP creation experience, and a collaborative approach with QA/QC and maintenance to drive continuous improvement in packaging operations.

The successful candidate will manage daily production, standardize procedures, and coordinate with the Packaging Manager to meet the production schedule while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or similar experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and cross functional work.

Responsibilities

• Be the daily subject matter expert for your packaging team.
• Lead onboarding and training for new packaging team members.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure data collection and SOP adherence; assist in implementation of new procedures.
• Contribute to packaging policy development, with the broader goal of making Impact a world-class manufacturing operation.
• Work with the Packaging Manager to establish and standardize packaging procedures (S.O.P.s/standard of work).
• Lead training of Packaging Team according to S.O.P.s and ensure adherence.
