Job summary

L’Oréal Operations in Clark, New Jersey is seeking a Manager to lead the Packaging Qualification Lab QEHS & Logistics. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across QEHS policy, regulatory compliance, and packaging flows while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead and mentor staff, manage waste streams, and monitor KPIs for QEHS and Logistics, ensuring continuous improvement and strong collaboration with lab partners in a dynamic, global beauty organization.

Qualifications

7-10 years of industrial experience in safety or quality management.
A completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, or equivalent technical discipline is required.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
Able to interact with all organizational levels including contractors and visitors.
Ana lead, manage, and motivate employees.
Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Leads QEHS/Logistics activities for the Packaging Qualification Laboratories within the packaging team.
Promotes continual improvement processes for safety, health, environmental, logistics and equipment aspects.
Trains and leads employees in risk assessment, incident investigation and follow-up.
Manages storage and flows of waste and interfaces with 3rd-party disposal.
Maintains KPIs for QEHS and Logistics metrics and supports lab partners.
Transversal support for training content and Quality System improvements.
