Monster Energy in Corona, CA is seeking a QC Packaging Lab Manager to oversee testing, evaluation, and validation of packaging, lead technicians, and maintain a safe, audit-ready lab onsite.
You will ensure package integrity, conduct stability testing, calibrate equipment, and develop GLPs while driving health, safety, and quality standards and supporting special projects.

In the position of QC Packaging Lab Manager, you will oversee the testing, evaluation, and validation of primary and secondary packaging while ensuring efficient daily lab operations. Provide leadership to lab technicians, supports their training and development, and maintains a safe, compliant, and audit‑ready environment. Accountable for package integrity and stability testing, operational productivity, and adherence to established health, safety, and quality standards. Please note this position is onsite, Monday through Friday, based out of our Corona headquarters.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$100,500 - $134,000 USD
