Job summary

L’Oréal Operations in Clark, New Jersey is seeking a Manager to lead QEHS and Logistics for the Packaging Qualification Laboratories. You will oversee safety, quality, regulatory compliance and risk assessment across the lab ecosystem, guiding continuous improvement and supplier coordination.

We require 7–10 years of industrial experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or materials science, and proven leadership with strong communication. onsite 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of industrial experience, safety or quality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate employees.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Onsite presence in Clark at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department compliance with QEHS policy and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, DEP, RCRA).
• Drive safety and quality culture through training, coaching, and audits.
• Train and lead employees in risk assessment (SHAP), MESURs, incident investigation and follow-up.
• Manage storage and flows of waste with 3rd party disposal contractor.
• Maintain KPIs for QEHS metrics to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide transversal support to related Metier for training content & materials, and Quality System.
