Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare invites you to lead a dynamic PACE clinic as Clinic Manager in Riverside County. This onsite role oversees operations, directs an interdisciplinary team, and ensures patient-centered care with efficient workflows and quality outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN, CA RN license, BLS, at least three years in geriatrics, and two years of supervision. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Generous benefits and retirement plan offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of healthcare experience as nurse with geriatrics/long-term care background.
• Two years of supervisory experience in hospital/long-term care or related healthcare facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, clinic staff supervision, and quality outcomes.
• Monitors staffing patterns, caseload distribution, and service coverage to ensure operational efficiency and appropriate workload balance.
• Supports workforce planning, onboarding, and role development to meet evolving program needs.
• Maintains competency in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) processes and facilitates IDT meetings as directed.
• Ensures standardization of clinic operations and addresses variances to align with program expectations.
• Leads policy/procedure development and staff training to ensure quality care.
