Job summary

SIRIS, LLC in Anniston, Alabama seeks an experienced Construction Manager to serve as Owners Representative for a National Park Service project. You will oversee planning, coordination, and oversight of historic rehabilitation and modernization while preserving historic features; full-time onsite oversight and project controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong communication, ability to coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and project teams; familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CCM, PMP, PE preferred.
• Five+ years in construction management or owner's representation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget, schedule, and progress; report status to stakeholders.
• Review contractor docs, schedules, testing, inspections, QA for compliance.
• Support change management, contract modifications, and proposals.
• Maintain project tracking tools and documentation for oversight.
• Prepare correspondence and analytical reports for program leadership.
