Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Owner's Representative to support the National Park Service rehabilitation project in Anniston, Alabama. The role requires onsite leadership to manage historic preservation, MEP modernization, and safety compliance, coordinating with the Government and contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution.

The candidate will review baselines, track progress, assess change orders, and support QA/QC, documentation, and closeout

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time onsite construction management oversight.
• Observe and document construction activities, progress and quality.
• Monitor contract compliance with documents, codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and photographs.
