Project Solutions Inc. seeks a full-time, on-site Construction Management Representative to oversee the rehabilitation of the Freedom Rider Greyhound Bus Depot and Mural Building in Anniston, Alabama, including monitoring progress, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

This role supports a historic Civil Rights related project, requires strong contract interpretation, attention to safety, and proficient use of MS Office and project software to produce reports and

Qualifications

• Experience reading contracts, drawings, and specs.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regs.
• Ability to review schedules and document progress.
• Experience evaluating cost estimates and changes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PDF, Project, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as full-time on-site CM representative.
• Monitor construction for compliance with documents and codes.
• Conduct site observations, document progress, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with owner, contractor, and project participants on status.
