Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Abilene, TX seeks an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead complex construction programs from inception through occupancy. This onsite role requires close collaboration with the Client, general contractor, design teams, and authorities.

You will manage master schedules, budgets, contracts, approvals, QA/QC, and vendor coordination; lead OAC meetings; monitor cash flow; and drive value engineering while ensuring project controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule based on the Critical Path and key milestones.
• Develop Master Project Budget including soft costs, hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Coordinate Design Team activities with the Client and authorities.
