Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for an on-site role in San Antonio, TX. You will manage a team across multiple construction projects for small to mid-size clients, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and mentor team members while maintaining strong communications with stakeholders. This role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a PE or RA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• PE or RA licensure desired.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Leadership to motivate team and influence outcomes.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks and deadlines.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress against drawings and specs.
• Prepare risk assessments and project status reports; review agreements and disbursement schedules.
• Develop stakeholder communications and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
• Lead by example aligning with CBRE RISE values and drive team collaboration.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
