Job summary

Primary Vascular Care in New York seeks a hands-on Outpatient Surgical Center Manager to oversee daily operations across Brooklyn and the Bronx, Monday–Friday, on-site.

You will balance administrative oversight with clinical support, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, staffing coordination, room turnover, and regulatory compliance while partnering with billing, credentialing, and leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations with efficiency and compliance.
• Manage front desk functions and patient experience from check-in to checkout.
• Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and provider availability to optimize utilization.
• Monitor supply inventory, ordering, stocking, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation across centers.
• Assist with reporting and tracking key performance metrics for leadership.
