Vitalant in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to schedule donors and support recruitment efforts at fixed site locations. This role emphasizes customer service, donor engagement, and coordination of donation appointments within a friendly, mission-driven nonprofit environment.

The position is onsite with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (7:00 am – 3:30 pm PDT). A high school diploma or GED is required, with 6 months of customer service experience, and proficiency in computer systems.
