Responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration and support of data archives and SCADA/EMS platform software upgrades.
• Perform OT platform analysis to support reliability of SCADA and DMS/EMS systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues with guidance from senior staff and coordinate vendor support.
