Job summary

DuPont Spruance site is hiring an OT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer to protect the Process Control Network (PCN) and strengthen secure operations. This onsite role intersects industrial control systems, secure network design, and IT/OT cybersecurity across the site.

You will design secure PCN architectures, manage firewalls and monitoring tools, participate in risk assessments, and ensure compliance with NERC CIP and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of OT networking, cybersecurity, industrial controls, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ICS/PCN and process control networks.
• Microsoft certification or equivalent IT administration expertise (domain controller management).
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VLANs, and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NERC CIP, ISO 27001).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to advise site leadership on cybersecurity priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure PCN architectures for reliable operations.
• Administer switches, VLANs, and domain controllers with uptime focus.
• Own firewall configuration and approvals for secure connectivity.
• Support migrations and related work with pre‑migration audits and VLAN changes.
• Shape cybersecurity practices for industrial environments.
• Deploy and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Lead monitoring, incident response, and forensic analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with NERC CIP and ISO 27001.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and documentation.
