Job summary

DuPont's OT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer role is onsite in Richmond, VA. You will design, implement, and manage secure PCN architectures, focusing on uptime, performance, and secure connectivity.

You'll handle firewall rules, VLANs, and domain controllers, and support Honeywell-related migrations. You will monitor network traffic with tools like Dell OpenManage, respond to threats, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with NERC CIP and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of OT networking, cybersecurity, or related tech role.
• Strong knowledge of ICS and process control networks.
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VLANs, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Network design, implementation, and management of secure PCN architectures for reliable site operations.
• Cybersecurity enforcement: firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint protection; port locking and access controls.
• Monitoring and incident response: continuously monitor traffic; detect, analyze, respond to anomalies and breaches; lead forensic analysis and recovery.
• Risk management and compliance: conduct risk assessments and ensure standards compliance; maintain network documentation.
• System maintenance and disaster recovery: patching, backups, DR planning, and continuity measures.
• Collaboration and training: partner with engineering and IT; provide training and advise site leadership on threats and security technologies.
