Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an OT Security Engineer to safeguard operational technology networks within our data center infrastructure. You will identify cybersecurity risks, design pragmatic security solutions, and embed controls into critical systems, working with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve security posture.

The role requires depth in network security and knowledge of OT environments, plus strong communication to convey risk and mitigation plans to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure security in a global network environment.
• Experience with OT networks and industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and defense in depth.
• Programming or scripting in Go, Python, or C/C++ for automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks in operational technology networks.
• Design and launch pragmatic security solutions and controls for OT environments.
• Lead continuous improvement of security posture with peer teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with production engineering and partners on risk reduction strategies.
• Develop recovery models and response playbooks for compromise scenarios.
• Present technical security information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
