Job summary

Pengcorp Ltd. seeks an OT Network & Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement, and secure OT network infrastructures across industrial environments.

You will work on Cisco-based networks, firewalls, segmentation, and secure remote access while supporting OT cybersecurity monitoring and incidents. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in OT networking, SCADA/ICS experience, and familiarity with tools like Nozomi Networks and SIEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in OT Networking, Industrial Networking, OT Cybersecurity, SCADA/ICS.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Power, Manufacturing, Mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure OT network architectures for industrial environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco-based networks: routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls.
• Develop OT network diagrams, documentation, and asset inventories.
• Monitor OT cybersecurity events and respond to incidents.
• Support and maintain SCADA/ICS networks like CygNet.
