Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to support site readiness, asset onboarding, and deployment validation in industrial environments. You will coordinate with site personnel, engineering, vendors, and support teams to ensure robust, documented deployments.

The role requires broad infrastructure, networking, endpoint support, and practical OT awareness. Strong problem-solving, field execution discipline, and travel capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, cybersecurity, or computer science.
• 5+ years in field support, infrastructure, networking, or OT deployments.
• Experience with site-based technology deployments and operational readiness activities.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: asset identification, validation, and documentation.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: testing, connectivity validation, and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and handoff artifacts.
