Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, validating pricing, quantities and delivery dates.
• Monitor open orders and communicate status, shortages, or delays.
• Maintain accurate order information and customer records in systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable follow-through.
