Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone in Riverside, CA is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations onsite. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and park cleanliness.
