Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in North Aurora, IL seeks an Onsite Operations/Account Manager to own client relations, recruiting and operations for 24/7 sites. Based at our North Aurora facility, you will manage the relationship with the distribution center client and our staffing teams.

The role leads 100+ hourly staff across onboarding, safety, productivity and performance metrics, with strong Spanish/English communication. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse/e-commerce settings.
• Experience with contingent workforce in client-facing roles.
• Spanish/English bilingual helpful but not required.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce in retail or warehouse spaces.
• Ability to discuss performance metrics with clients and recruiters.
• Experience using Bullhorn is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship for contingent workers at the warehouse location.
• Oversee onboarding, safety, productivity, quality, hires and terminations.
• Lead recruiting, onsite programs and initiatives.
• Track KPIs and report on site performance daily, weekly, monthly.
• Analyze recruiting activity and devise improvement plans.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to strengthen partnership.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate client-facing hourly staff at multiple locations.
• Provide feedback and development plans; work with HR on evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Adhere to client safety and workplace policies on site.
